The “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” (HNDL) strategy, in which hostile actors ranging from nation-states to cybercriminal syndicates intercept encrypted data now with the intention of decrypting it once quantum computers reach sufficient power a milestone commonly referred to as “Q-Day” was cautioned against by conference experts.

Beveridge issued a warning about the serious dangers facing the cryptographic infrastructure of today. The data presently being gathered for future decryption includes:

  • Bitcoin private keys and cryptocurrency protocols.
  • Health records and traditional financial systems.
  • Enterprise data and government communications

The SuperPQC Module: A Defense-in-Depth Strategy

These warrants were originally issued in connection with private placements between 2023 and 2024.

This extension offers the corporation with extra financial flexibility as it develops its operations abroad. To make this modification, warrant holders do not need to take any action.
